fantastic central access to parks and attractions

I had a great experience at this hotel with easy access to Delma Park just 500 meters away, where I enjoyed lovely strolls among the greenery, and it was conveniently close to major sights like Qasr Al Hosn, making my city explorations so enjoyable and efficient. I also appreciated the welcoming staff who provided helpful information during my stay.

A broken bathroom door handle was quite inconvenient, and the lack of shade by the pool area made it unpleasant to swim during peak morning hours. The timing for pool access needs reevaluation since it was already too hot when we arrived at 8 AM, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant facility. Overall maintenance could use some attention. a simple fix like the door handle would have improved the experience significantly.

The ambiance of the lobby and pools were stunning. Enjoyed our brief time at the on-site restaurant featuring delicious local delicacies, but the staff could use better training on service etiquette. Consider requesting a room closer to the lobby to minimize hassle during your stay.

villaggio hotel has always been my go-to spot to unwind. the staff at reception, especially mohammed, azim & nishi, made my stay memorable with their excellent service. the facilities, like the swimming pool and spa, were fantastic too!

Spent one night in a Deluxe King Room. The location really stood out. close to key attractions and offered a vibrant ambiance. The staff at reception were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth. The room itself was spacious and well-decorated. I appreciated the comfortable bed and ample amenities available, like an electric kettle and mini-bar, which added to the convenience. Room service provided great meals, and I loved the options offered. However, some facilities felt a bit dated. The air conditioning struggled a bit to cool the room properly, and I did notice a lingering odor that seemed related to the humidity. It would be great if the hotel could improve the air quality and perhaps refresh some of the furnishings. Overall, my short stay had highlights, but attention to some details would elevate the experience.

The only nice thing was the reception lady who was genuinely helpful with a smile and assisted us with our issues when the arrogant staff didn't want to. Also the view from the big bathroom was nice even if it needed some serious maintenance.

The stay wasn’t exactly inexpensive but I thought it was tolerable given some of the service issues.

The deluxe king room had a private pool access, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I enjoyed the spa with massage services, and the fitness center was impressive. The breakfast had freshly baked croissants and a great variety of juices. The staff was super friendly and made everything easy.

During my stay, the staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, making me feel welcome. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. the sheets had long hairs and the towels had unpleasant smells. While the air conditioning worked well, it was hard to fully relax due to the noise from the surrounding area at night.

During my stay at Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi, I was impressed by the elegant decor and spacious common areas, which made it easy for me to navigate around as a senior. The warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience.

Improved accessibility options for seniors would be beneficial.
